Frank Dunphy is a founding shareholder and Director of Bellwether Group and Bellwether Partners with over 20 years of experience in stockbroking and financial services. He brings a strong background of compliance and business planning to the board.

Frank currently holds several directorships and has previously held roles such as founding Managing Director of Colonial Stockbroking Limited, responsible for implementing its strategic and business plans before the Commonwealth Bank takeover in 2000, Managing Director of the Bendigo Stock Exchange, and as Resident Director and Responsible Executive for Lehman Brothers Australia Ltd.

Frank is an Accredited Master Stockbroker with the Securities Derivatives Industry Association. Over the last twenty years Frank knowledge and skill have been often sought by the industry’s peak regulatory bodies. He was a key contributor to the formulation of ASIC policy relating to mandatory knowledge requirements (Policy Statement 146) and was a founding member of the ASX advisory group responsible for the development and implementation of Derivatives Accreditation.
